The [Pinnacle] Experience
Hi! I’m Jason, the Home Inspector!
Jason is the owner and principle inspector for Pinnacle Inspections, LLC. Every day is different in the property inspection industry because practically every home is different from the one that neighbors it.
This challenges a property inspector to develop and maintain the mental acuity to identify and diagnose countless structural and mechanical issues - while exercising a careful attention to detail so that nothing is looked over.
Jason strives to deliver a consistently first-rate service, attending continuing education conferences for KY and TN in order to continually improve his work. When you schedule an inspection with Jason, you can rest assured that you're in the hands of a true professional.
Purchase Inspections
A thorough inspection is a critical step in purchasing a home, and many lenders won't offer financing on a home without one. Home inspections can uncover potentially life-threatening problems like mold or faulty wiring that could cause a significant fire. You can then go to the seller to negotiate or fix any issues before you close on the home.
Prelisting Inspections
Prelisting inspections are exactly what they sound like: Before you officially list your home for sale, a professional home inspector examines your property to identify any potential problems or repairs that need to be made. Think of it as an opportunity to know what the buyer might request before an offer is made or a purchase agreement is signed.
New Build Inspections
The inspector will evaluate your property and give you a report on their findings. You can then go to the seller (in this case, the builder) to fix any issues before you close on the home. In a nutshell, inspections can help you ensure that you're getting a safe and hazard-free property.
Commercial Inspections
A commercial inspection is an in-depth review of a commercial building’s components. A commercial building is a structure whose purpose is to generate profit (as opposed to a residential building, the purpose of which is to give people a place to live). A commercial inspection can be used for construction planning and project management, mortgage documentation, and lease negotiations.
